the seconds: Wild boar with juniper, braised organic Maremma and Morellino, pig roast milk, glia overcooked, bouillon of lamb, slices of Chianina.
Our desserts: warm heart chocolate, almond biscuits homemade vinsanto, semifreddo with berries, ricotta mousse honey and pine nuts, ice cream cake grandmother and many others …
All it accompanied by delicious organic wines of the Orvieto area.
